Legion Oil & Gas LLC petcoke trader Yury Burenko will discuss the petcoke market in CIS countries at the Argus Middle East Petroleum Coke Conference next month.
The conference takes place January 10 to 11, 2017 at the Royal Mirage Hotel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The conference will attract professionals from the Middle East market as well as global market players involved in petroleum coke production, trading and consumption, mainly in cement production.
The Middle East and Africa petcoke market should triple in volume by 2020. It is the second largest aluminum producing region globally and petcoke production here should increase by 60 percent, to 10 million tons, in the next five years.
“New petroleum coke units in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Iran and Kuwait are coming in the next three to five years to this challenging market,” Burenko said. “We would like to learn more about the Middle East and India petcoke markets.”
